Morwen

Tabaxi Swashbuckler Rogue

Morwen awoke on the shores of Dominion on the 3rd of Deepwinter in 1465 T.A. and was taken in by Tark the tortle bard and Vdaeris a half-elf artificer who were ultimately slain allowing Morwen to escape. Morwen took Tark's rapier, with a faint tortoise-shell pattern worked into the hand-guard, and jumped into a barrel, careening off a cliff and into the ocean below.

Morwen was picked up two days later by The Raging Harmony, where she met Finn and Boone Mudd.

Morwen has shared few details of the Mudd Brotherhood, the band of privateers she spent the next four years with, but has been actively searching for them. Her time around this band of merry folk shaped her personality massively, and we see this in the chaotic, carefree attitude Morwen typically displays.

Having first lost Tark and Vdaeris, and then the Mudd Brotherhood, Morwen has developed a deep desire for acceptance, friends, and romance. She is currently pursuing Krawtic, Shae's aarakocran childhood friend, and a scout of the Xinyi monastery.

Guntir and Morwen often bond over pranks, petty theft, or light crime, though Morwen is reluctant to do so if it will cause any clear harm to innocent people.

She often uses her experience at sea to take charge when traversing the ocean. She led the party in stealing their first ship, and abandoned silk-merchant vessel, and managed to wreck it after drunkenly slamming it into the Bone Reef.

Currently, she is listed as captain of The Cat's Claw, a refitted ship that had belonged to Baron Parvel Dodd, the administrator of the small island of Byss, and has a loyal quartermaster in Shade, a female half-orc who reluctantly joined the crew while fleeing the Sunrest Islands and who has since acknowledged a great deal of respect for the tabaxi.

She is the namesake for the shop "Morwen's Miscellaneous," which was bought out from her by it's current owner, Ezra Hastings.

Several times, the name "Iaewen of the Elms" has been brought up, by Morwen has been extremely guarded about this subject.
