Personnel File Abstract. Bubbs is an apt fighter, with training that seems beyond his youthful age. He was hired as the security officer for the group, and will manage the team's armory.
Qualifications. Its unclear where Bubbs received his training from, but he is in peak physical shape, and demonstrates impressive hand-to-hand expertise.
Background. Bubbs reports not knowing much about his past, but has stated that he grew up in an orphanage called Safe Haven on Prime Station with his twin brother, Miles. He recalls being abducted from there, and escaping.
Psychological Evaluation. Bubbs is the youngest member of Mosaic Team 5, and somehow still presents as younger than their stated age. Bubbs seems to have placed a high importance on how others perceive them, which does put them at risk of being manipulated by hostile elements. Bubbs also has an aversion to germs, dirt, and similar substances that borders on manic.
