In the fey-touched continent of Everest, an ancient balance teeters on the edge

The dark beauty of Everest's sprawling forests and magical landscapes masks the sinister forces that lurk beneath the continent's enchanting exterior. The four courts of the Feywild have thrown their support behind four major factions of Everest, and hold a tenuous peace by following the laws and protocols of the Treaty of Four Seasons:

  • The Emerald Spire, ruled by The Crystalline Council which is in turn presided over by the Spirewarden, rule the Emerald Spire and the lands that surround it. They have been backed by Titania, the Summer Queen, and have flourished as Titania and her Summer Court have flourished on their side of the Gemmed Oasis.

  • The north, passed the Canyon Where Whispers Die is the Onyx Spire. Long ago, they entrusted the core of their spire to an eladrin who promised servitors like those possessed by the Emerald Spire, but all they received was a corruption that spread to the people of the Spire. They are contained by the Dome of Alindar, performed by the powerful mage of the same name, and the father of the current-day Divine Court’s leader. The Divine Court, who are aligned with the Winter Court, are few, and hold an eternal vigil around the Dome as a punishment for their predecessors corruption.

  • Along the south of Everest is the capitalistic Republic of Vulkanerberer. The only faction that is not majority elf (though they still hold a 45% plurality), they also feature a number of humans, gnomes, and halflings who have moved from Dominion, and even a handful of Dragonborn who fled Ganon when it burned. Aligned with the Autumn Court.

  • The Spring Court is represented loosely by the western Magiocracy of the Rising Storm. Here, to wield magic is to wield power, both political and martial. The high mages of the four towers, and the Tempest Lords of Sailheim all pay fealty to Archmagus Tassier Burattia.

When dire events threaten to upend the Treaty, heroes of the realm are called upon to serve as neutral justicars... but not every hero walks in the light, and not all those who lurk in the shadows bear the mantle of villain.

Having taken on the name of the Wandering Hearts, Ori, Valiss, Cheshire, Billie, Alina, and Mynka must overcome exceptional odds... and themselves!
